Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Arcadia

 

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Arcadia, New York will hold a PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to Article 11 of the Zoning Ordinance on November 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the meeting room of the Town of Arcadia Office Building at 201 Frey Street, Newark, NY regarding an appeal by Kay Smith for an area variance to build a 17’x 28’ carport.

The purpose of this variance is to request a front setback distance less than the required 60’ distance.  An approx. 26’ front setback is requested from the westerly right of way line of Parker Road.
