Duties:

• Prepare, review or recommend revisions to the comprehensive plan for development to the Town. They also conduct site plan and subdivision review. 
• The 5-member Planning Board and its secretary are appointed by the Town Board. 
• Regular Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7 P.M. Contact the Code Enforcement Officer for further information.
• Notices of all public hearings will be published in the Wayne County Times 5 days in advance of hearing.
