Planning Board Position

 

The Planning Board consists of five members appointed by the Arcadia Town Board.

Functions of the Planning Board include, but are not limited to:

1. Site plan review and approval for residential and commercial construction projects.
2. Parcel subdivision review and approval for large and small residential or commercial projects.
3. Recommendations to the Zoning Board for approvals of special use permits and use variances.

 

The Planning Boards’ regular meeting are scheduled for the third Monday of every month-when required by application submittal.

 

Compensation for your services will be paid twice a year, in June and December.
