LEGAL NOTICE – TOWN OF ARCADIA

The 2026 tentative assessment roll will be completed by May 1, 2026. It can be viewed online at the Wayne County website or at Town Hall during regular hours.

The Assessor is available by appointment only on:

• May 9 (9 AM–1 PM)
• May 11 & 14 (10 AM–2 PM)
• May 20 (4 PM–8 PM)

Appointments are required to appear on Grievance Day and must be made before May 22.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 26, 2026, at Town Hall (201 Frey St, Newark) from 10 AM–2 PM and 4 PM–8 PM to hear complaints.

Complaint Form RP-524 must be submitted by:

• May 22 at 2 PM (for scheduled appointments)
• May 26 (if not appearing in person)

Forms are available at tax.ny.gov or from the Assessor. Filing the form on time is sufficient—attendance is not required.
