LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONTRACTS FOR THE TOWN OF ARCADIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 1

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of The Town of Arcadia, Wayne County, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 184 of the Town Law on Contracts for Fire Protection in Fire Protection District No. 1, which includes the entire Town of Arcadia outside the Village of Newark. Said public hearing will be held at the Town of Arcadia Office Building, 201 Frey Street, Newark, New York on December 9, 2025 at 7:10 PM Prevailing Time, when any person or persons may be heard in favor or against the proposed Contracts with the Village of Newark at $66,585.00 per year, with the Fairville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. at $66,585.00 per year and with the Marbletown Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. at $66,585.00 per year, each for a term of one (1) year.
